“Look to Michigan” Fundraising Campaign
Developed by the Office of University Development, the Look to Michigan Fundraising Campaign marked the launch of the University’s long-term Look to Michigan initiative—an effort to inspire giving and celebrate Michigan’s impact in education, health, civic engagement, sustainability, and technology. I was proud to contribute to the campaign through my video and animation work during my time with the Office of University Development.
Video
The Look to Michigan Anthem was the centerpiece video of the fundraising campaign. Our video team began collaborating and planning in early June 2024. I contributed by creating storyboards, assisting with filming, and animating supporting graphics.
The Look to Michigan Case Slideshow was produced for the Campaign Program launch and showcased to hundreds of staff members and major donors. It remains one of my largest and most rewarding projects for the campaign — one I handled from start to finish. I filmed B-roll, created the text and icon animations, and edited the full video.
Animation
The Look to Michigan graphics were designed by OUD’s talented graphic design team — Kara Fields and Adam Beeman. I was later tasked with animating their designs, which are now used throughout the campaign’s video materials.
